BOOST Coffee Credits — Terms & Conditions
(Effective as of 14 August 2026)
1. The Programme
1.1 BOOST Coffee Credits ("Credits") are prepaid stored value redeemable for food and beverages at BOOST outlets only. Credits are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by law or at BOOST Coffee (“BOOST”)'s sole discretion.
1.2 By registering, purchasing, topping up, or using Credits or the membership card, members agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), as may be updated or amended by BOOST from time to time.
2. Top-Up Tiers & Eligibility
2.1 The following tiers are available to individual members:
· HK$200 = 210 Credits
· HK$500 = 550 Credits
2.2 The HK$1,000 = 1,200 Credits tier is available to corporate accounts only, subject to Section 7 below. Individual members are not eligible for this tier.
2.3 Bonus credits are complimentary, non-transferable, and promotional top-up rates may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice.
3. Validity
3.1 Credits are valid for 2 months (60 days) from the date of the relevant top-up (or, for corporate accounts, from the invoice date).
3.2 Credits not used before the expiry date will automatically expire and cannot be redeemed thereafter.
4. Redemption
4.1 Credits are redeemed at the prevailing menu price at the time of redemption. Product availability and menu prices may change from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 To redeem, members must present their BOOST member card, or provide their member number or the last 4 digits of their registered phone number.
4.3 Credits cannot be combined with certain other promotions or discounts.
4.4 Credits and membership accounts are personal to the registered member or corporate member and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged without BOOST’s prior written consent.
5. Relocation & Closure
5.1 BOOST may relocate its outlet(s) from time to time. Any unused Credits shall remain valid and redeemable at BOOST's replacement outlet or designated redemption location.
5.2 In the event of relocation or planned closure, BOOST will make reasonable efforts to notify members at least 30 days in advance via WhatsApp, Instagram, and/or in-store notice using the contact details registered at sign-up. BOOST shall not be responsible where notices are not received due to inaccurate or outdated contact information provided by the member.
5.3 In the event of renovation, relocation, or temporary closure, Credit validity will be extended by the duration of the closure period.
5.4 BOOST shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, or inability to provide redemption services arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, utility failures, or landlord-related issues.
5.5 If BOOST permanently ceases business operations and no alternative redemption location is available, BOOST reserves the right to determine an appropriate replacement benefit, refund arrangement, or alternative redemption mechanism, subject to applicable law.
6. Cards & Accounts
6.1 The membership card remains the property of BOOST. Members are responsible for safeguarding their membership card and account details. BOOST is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged , or any unauthorised use of a membership card prior to notification. Lost cards should be reported immediately.
6.2 BOOST's redemption and balance records shall be conclusive, save for manifest error.
7. Corporate Accounts (HK$1,000 Tier)
7.1 The HK$1,000 = 1,200 Credits tier is available only to companies and organisations ("Corporate Members") purchasing via official quotation and invoice.
7.2 Acceptance of BOOST's quotation, or payment of the relevant invoice, constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
7.3 Corporate Credits are held under a single corporate account. The Corporate Member is responsible for designating and managing authorised users (e.g., by named list or company staff card), and BOOST may rely on any redemption made under the corporate account's member number as authorised.
7.4 Corporate Credits are valid for 12 months from invoice date, are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another company or converted to an individual account.
7.5 For clarity, Section 5 (Relocation & Closure) applies equally to Corporate Members.
8. Disclaimers and Limits of Liability
8.1 In the event that BOOST is held liable to you under these Terms, you will be entitled to recover from us your actual damages, up to the last balance held on your BOOST member card or account in question.
8.2 BOOST shall not be liable to you for:
a. any loss of income, business, goodwill, or profits arising out of or in connection with these Terms;
b. any unauthorised access to, or alteration, theft, or destruction of your membership card or Credits;
c. the consequences of any delay or mistake relating to the use of your membership card or Credits caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control;

e. any loss or damage which was not a reasonably foreseeable result of either our breach of these Terms or breach of our legal duty of care; or
f. any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of your failure to take reasonable precautions against such loss or damage.
9. General
9.1 BOOST reserves the right to amend these Terms with reasonable notice, and to suspend, cancel, refuse redemption of, or terminate any membership account where BOOST reasonably believes misuse, fraud, unauthorised activity, or a breach of these terms has occurred. Continued use of Credits following such changes shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
9.2 By joining, members consent to BOOST collecting and using their contact details for account administration and service notifications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Direct marketing communications will only be sent where explicit consent has been provided.
9.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
9.4 In case of any dispute arising from or in connection with the Programme, Credits, promotions, or these Terms, BOOST reserves the right of final and conclusive decision.
